Since 2021, the society has given shape to the idea of Samay Yaan with a mission to introduce Bharat to its cultural and literary heritage.

Mr.Justice (Retd.) S.N.Dhingra
A Former Judge of Delhi High Court, he is the president of Sashakt Samaj. He brings the love of literature and cultural consciousness to Samay Yaan. A well-read person, he has tried to understand our Country, its ethos and history through the books and now wishes to extend the same to the younger audience- an opportunity to discover the past and build the future with books as the building blocks
